| 摘 要： | 目的：研究三七注射液对家兔坐骨神经动作电位传导与兴奋性的影响。方法：观察并比较家兔坐骨神经干动作电位传导速度与传导衰减时间。结果：三七注射液对家兔坐骨神经干动作电位传导速度有明显的提高（P〈0．05），对家兔坐骨神经干动作电位传导衰减时间有明显的延缓（P〈0．05）。结论：三七注射液可以明显地提高家兔坐骨神经干动作电位传导速度和延缓动作电位传导衰减时间而提高神经纤维的兴奋性，对家兔周围神经纤维具有保护与修复作用，对周围神经功能具有良好的支持作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effects of rabbit notoginseng sciatic nerve conduction and excitability of action potentials. Methods： To observe and compare the rabbit sciatic nerve - trunk action potential conduction velocity and transmission attenuation time. Results： Notoginseng was significantly improved the rabbitb sciatic nerve - trunk action poteatial transmission speed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. To rabbit, sciatic nerve - trunk action potential transmission attenuation time delay is obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Notoginseng injection can obviously improve rabbit＇s sciatic nerve -trunk action potential transmission speed and delay action potentials and transmission attenuation time of excitability,nerve fibers in peripheral nerve fiber protection and restoration of peripheral nerve function has a good support. |
