中国职业教育集团发展存在的问题与对策

20世纪90年代,为了适应经济的快速发展,我国对于职业教育采取了更加鼓励的政策,职业教育集团取得了较快的发展,在这些年的变革过程中,成绩是令人瞩目的,而问题也不容忽视。本文现基于中国职业教育集团的发展历史及其在人才培养中的作用认知,针对流于形式的常规做法,联系松散的结构特点等现实情况,分析背后的问题,并给出相应的解决对策。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of China's Vocational Education Groups

In order to adapt to the rapid economic development,in the 1990s,China adopted a more encouraging policy for voca-tional education,and vocational education groups have achieved rapid development.The achievements in these years have been remarkable,but problems also exist.Based on the development history of China's vocational education groups and its role in cul-tivating talents,this paper analyzes the existing problems,such as mere formality,loose structural characteristics and so on,and gives corresponding solutions.
