论农民非农化与新农村建设

农民非农化不只是关乎农民工城市化问题，而且关乎新农村建设的成败。中国特色的农民非农化道路，在于城镇化过程中的新农村建设。新农村建设就是要走农业现代化、农村城镇化、农民职业化道路，实现农村人口城市化就地转移，为农民非农化提供空间。

Study on the Farmers' Non-agriculturalization and the New Country Construction

The conversion to non-agricluturalization of farmers in China not only concerns about the problem of migrant workers in the prospect of townization, but also influences the future of new countryside constrcution. Aiming at solving the current situation of ＂ industrial country and the peasants society＂ , the way with Chinese characteristics to non-agricluturalization of farmers lies upon the new countryside constrcution in the process of urbanization. During that process, what values most is to see the villages themselves rejoicing with the realization of urbanization through the ways of rural modernation, townization and professionalism, which provides a comprehensive space for the process. The model of migrant of population suitable for our country at present should be mainly in diverting the population on the spot--absorbing the migrant farmers on the spot in small towns as possible as we can to achieve the coordinated development of big citys, middle citys and small towns.
