| 摘 要： | 过去中苏都实行了高度集中的中央计划经济体制,90年代以来,两国又都把市场经济作为自己的发展目标和模式,但两国改革的道路和方法却迥然相异,因此,探讨向市场经济体制过渡的正确道路和方法,成为各国学者普遍感兴趣的问题。在这里,我们仅选择两位美国学者相互对立的观点,并加以自己的分析和研究,以引起人们对这个问题的关注。
