价值链理论在产业发展中的地位和作用非常突出，在这一方面国内外已取得了相当数量的研究成果。本文从旅游产业价值链的概念和特点、构成与核心环节以及在网络化和全球化环境下旅游产业价值链面临的挑战与未来发展六个方面进行了较为系统的综述，这些内容将为相关研究提供有益的借鉴。

Review on Tourism Industry Value Chain and the Latest Progress

Value chain theory has been playing a very important role in the development of tourism industry, and now quite a number of research fruits have been achieved in this area by domestic and overseas scholars. This paper retrospect and analyses the development process and the status quo of tourism industry value chain from six aspects ： the concept and the features , the components and the core link of tourism industry value chain, the impact from the trance of network and globalization, and the current challenge and the perception for the future.
