| Abstract: | Du Zheng, born in Hezhou, Sichuan, is a Neo-Confucianist in the middle and later period of Southern Song Dynasty in Ba-Shu area（todayis Sichuan）. Because of careless omission of Bashu area,Neo-Confucianism, his life was unknown by the people for a long time. This article explains clearly the life, academic source, and official experience of Duzheng. |
