| 摘 要： | 通过对不同区域基础教育政府投入,中央财政投入及省级财政拨款的比较分析,研究了我国区域基础教育投入的不均衡问题,并提出不断加大对中西部基础教育的投入,是解决由于区域经济发展不平衡导致的基础教育失衡问题的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The author, through the analysis and comparison of the financial input on the basic education by the government, central organs and provincial appropriation, studies the problem of unbalanced input on education in our country, and further points out the increasing input for basic education on the mid -western areas is a very important way to resole the unbalanced condition of education caused by the unbalanced economic area development. |
