| 摘 要： | 从1949年中华人民共和国成立之始,社会主义小学教育事业在甘肃省得到了逐步建立,并获得了一定程度的发展,呈现出了大起大落的曲折发展态势,在不同时期,不同阶段它的发展状况并不相同,为现代小学教育的发展提供了宝贵的经验与教训。
