摘    要:师生关系是教学理论中一个中心问题,它直接关系到教学任务的完成及教育目标的实现,教育实践中产生的许多新问题,都直接或间接地与师生关系相关联,所以我们必须重新审视这一问题,我们认为,“教学相长”是师生关系的准确概括。

Abstract:The relationship between teachers and students is a key one among educational theories. It not only is directly related with the fulfillment of teaching task and the realization of teaching objectives, but also is related either directly or indirectly with the relationship between teachers and students in the actual teaching processes when many new problems emerge. Through this study, it is proved that both teachers and students can benefit from the teaching learning process and develop their minds through it.
