对我国现今农村"留守孩"教育问题的思考

摘    要:"留守孩"是指父母双方或一方在外打工而留守在家乡并需要其他亲人照顾的年龄在16岁以下的孩子。这些孩子往往缺乏家庭教育和学校教育,心理上容易"感情饥饿"。为此,应进一步加强家庭教育,充分发挥学校教育的功能和作用,突出社会教育的重要性,保障他们接受义务教育的权利,使其健康成长。

Abstract:"Rear children" refer to children under the age of 16 who need to be looked after by other relatives because both of their parents or one of their parents works as a migrant worker outside the hometown.Insufficient attention has been paid to their education problems,as a result,they lack both family education and school education and often feel "emotionally hungry" in psychology. In order to guarantee their right to receive compulsory education and their healthy development,family education should be enhanced,school education should be given full play and importance should be attached to social education.
