| Abstract: | The academic assessment system and professional title evaluation procedures play an important role in improving the competency and skills of personnel in the library sector.The problems in the reality show continuous divergence away from the initial objectives of the system.This article analyzes the problems in the assessment system and establishes certain ideas for the reformation and approach. |
