| 摘 要： | 科学运用辩证法的规律,有助于深化我们对人才培养工作全面性、创新性、长期性、复杂性的认识。当前大学生培养工作中辩证法思想体现、运用不够。提升大学生的培养质量,必须把握、贯彻辩证法的实质与核心,围绕培养工作的时代特征与要求,在实践中坚持将系列辩证性教育思想全面落实,一以贯之。
