| 摘 要： | 焦虑变量与非英语专业学生的英语学习成绩有密切关系,过高或过轻焦虑都不能达到最佳行为结果,适度的焦虑才会带来最佳教学效果。提高教学效果的一个行之有效的方法就是关注学生的心理状态,创设良好的学习氛围,使学生处于适度焦虑状态;注重教学方法,激发学生学习动机和兴趣,做到因材施教。
