| 摘 要： | 培育名师、造就名师是高校与社会关注的焦点,也是高校教师队伍建设的重中之重。同伴互助、博采众长可以通过教学观摩、教学竞赛与教学研究等途径予以实施,并借助教师互动机制、教师互助平台与宽松环境的营造等予以保障。教学名师成长的背后都有一个团队在支撑,同伴互助、博采众长成就了教学名师,也是名师成长的捷径。
