| 摘 要： | 通过社会网络分析方法,可以看到大学存在多个权力中心,各主体间具有错综复杂的网络式互动关系。我国大学在现代大学制度建设中,需要构建多元嵌入的网络治理模式,通过结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入等形式和途径增强大学内外部网络中的多种利益主体在大学治理结构中的嵌入度,并在持续互动、平等协商中形成信任与合作机制,从而实现大学的网络治理。
