| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法和访谈法对民营企业家子女的学校适应、学习状况、校内人际关系、家庭教养方式进行调查和系统分析,结果发现民营企业家子女主要存在以下心理问题:在学校适应中存在情绪障碍问题;学习负担较重,学习兴趣不高;对宿舍人际关系的满意度不高;部分民营企业家的家庭教养方式不当。针对以上问题,学校应完善学生心理健康教育,适当改进教学与教育管理方式,加强人际沟通技巧训练,改善学生宿舍人际关系,引导部分民营企业家采取适当的教养方式。
