| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了什么是批评和批评的意义，分析了对待批评的两种消极态度：一是不敢批评，二是不能接受批评。针对以上两种现象阐述了在批评中进取的两个方面：一要敢批评真批评，充分认识批评。二要善于接受批评，受到批评时将批评正确转化。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces what is the criticism and the significance of criticism, analyzing the two kinds of negative attitude towards criticism： one is afraid of criticize, another is people who can＇t stand criticism. According to the two kinds of phenomena, this paper elaborates ememphatically to dare to criticize really recognize the positive role of criticism and recognizing the positive role of criticism, how to actively respond to the criticism. |
