中小企业融资难的法律问题探析

中小企业在我国国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色，但因其自身的一些固有原因和外在环境影响，中小企业的发展仍受到很多限制，融资难是其中的一个重要方面。本文通过对中小企业融资概况的论述分析，找出造成中小企业融资困难的原因，提出引导中小企业走出融资困境的相关建议，以期对解决中小企业融资困难的问题有所裨益。

An Inquiry into the Issues on Law in Financing Difficulty of Small and Medium Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises （SMEs） play an increas- ingly important role in China＇s national economy, however, be- cause of its own inherent reason and the external environment, the development of SMEs is still subject to many restrictions, a：- mong which difficulties in financing is an important aspect. This paper discusses the overview of SME financing, finds out the rea- sons of SME financing difficulties, and puts forward recommen- dations to guide SMEs out of the financing predicament, aiming to be beneficial to solve SME financing difficulties.
