摘    要:加强教育督导工作是促进城乡教育一体化、实施“教育民生计划”、实现教育公平的重要保障。2010年,重庆市开始分步实施以义务教育均衡发展为重点的督导评估工作。本文基于重庆市统筹城乡视角,构建了以发展性和研究性为主导、规范性和发展性相结合的教育督导评估模式,并就教育督导评估模式的建设和完善提出建议。

Abstract:Education supervision is an important guarantee to promote integration of urban and rural education and realize educational equity. The educational supervision focusing on balanced development of compulsory education was implemented from 2010 in Chongqing. This paper constructs the evaluation mode of education supervision with combining standardization and development, focusing on development and researching. Finally, some advices are provided to perfect evaluation of education supervision.
