减少碳足迹迎接低碳时代到来

碳足迹就是碳的排放量或者排放当量，是当前时代关键词之一。低碳问题说到底是环境问题，环境问题从来没有像今天这样这么迫切过。本文通过国内外经验和我国面临的问题，我们应该按照中央部署，调整产业结构，转变经济发展方式：实现能源梯级开发，多次利用；从管理着手，建立低碳相关机制，调动积极性。

Meeting the Low-Carbon Era by Reducing the Carbon Footprint

The carbon footprint is one of the key words in the current era. It means the amount of carbon emissions or emis- sions equivalent. Low-carbon issue is the environmental issue, which has never been so urgent. In this paper,according to domestic and foreign experience and problems our country faced with ,we should, in accordance with the central plan, ad- just the industrial structure,change the mode of economic de- velopment; realize energy cascade development and multiple use; create a low-carbon mechanism starting from manage- ment,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm.
