摘    要:高校体育教师绩效考核的根本目的,就是要按照以人为本和促进学术发展的理念,通过科学地遵循绩效考核原则、有效运用绩效考核模式、方法和手段,使体育教师的考核过程和结果与体育教师的聘用聘任、薪酬分配、培养培训等人事管理环节有效衔接起来,通过绩效考核的导向作用和管理功能,实现体育教师人才资源的合理配置.从而在保障高校组织目标实现的同时促进高校体育的教学管理,提高教学水平,保证人才培养质量。随着全民健身意识的逐渐扩大,各种针对全民健身意识教育的评价随之产生。但到目前为止,对培养全民健身意识的体育教师的绩效考核研究还没有。

Analysis on the Present Situation of Performance Evaluation of College PE Teachers and the Problems

Abstract:The fundamental purpose of college PE teachers' performance evaluation is to effectively connect the evaluation with the employment of PE teachers and realize the rational allocation of talents. The evaluation process should be people-oriented and promote academic development through scientific performance evaluation principle, performance evaluation model, and method, and it plays the role of guidance and management in the evaluation process. In this way, the teaching quality and talent training quality are improved together with the college's organization goal. Along with the gradually expanding national fitness consciousness, various evaluation according to national fitness consciousness education advent. But so far, there are no research on the performance evaluation of PE teachers who cultivate the consciousness of national fitness.
