| 摘 要： | 本文认为要提高我国科技力水平，必须进行中学实验教学改革，提出了将中学实验教学改分散为集中，建立专门的实验基地．用于教学也服务于社会的改革设想。文章从目前我国中学实验教学的现状和弊端．改革设想实施后的意义，改革设想实施应具备的条件以及建立实验基地的前景等几个方面支持了自己的观点。
