摘    要:本文从食品安全问题着手,并基于食品行业人员文化及道德素养普遍低下、行业高素质人才紧缺、技术滞后、法律有待完善等现状.提出伦理道德重构的迫切性和重要性,并指出食品专业教育在道德重构中的责任:大力发展食品专业教育,改变以就业为导向的培养目标,改变食品“无害”低层次观念,将伦理道德作为首要培养目标,将《食品安全法》纳入教学体系的核心课程之一等。

On the Educational Responsibility of Morality Reconstruction from the Perspective of Food Safety

Abstract:Based on the food safety problems and the current situation such as low moral and cultural level of food industry workers, the lack of high level talents, the backwardness of techniques and the imperfection of the related laws, the author considers it important and urgent to reconstruct morality and points out the educational responsibility in food specialty should be developed quickly, the cultivating objective directed by job market should be changed into by morality, the "harmless food" concept should be changed into "healthy and naturally nutritious food" concept, and Food Safety Law should be accepted as one of the key subjects of Food Specialty by colleges and universities.
