| 摘 要： | 农民工子女在城市接受义务教育面临的困难和问题依然十分突出,主要表现为城区教育资源短缺、教育经费紧张、教育管理难度和教学压力骤增。为此,一方面要加大体制改革的力度,逐步改变城乡二元结构状况;另一方面,强化流入地(区、县)政府的责任,着力完善相关配套措施。
