| 摘 要： | 农村不同阶层对土地的依赖程度各不相同,因此,农村不同阶层对土地流转的影响也是各不相同的.实证研究结果表明:首先,农村各阶层土地流转速度和规模存在着显著差异,对土地依赖程度低的阶层其土地流转的速度快,流转规模也大;其次,农村各阶层构成特征、对土地价值的认知和土地流转的动机是影响其土地流转速度与规模的主要原因.

| Abstract: | The level of dependency on the land of the rural different social strata is various,therefore,the influence of land circulation on the rural social strata is various.The demonstration analysis indicates that: First,the speed and the scale of the land circulation for rural various social stratam have the remarkable difference,the speed of land circulation is quicker for the social stratum which depend on land lowly,moreover,the scale also is bigger;Next,the characteristic of various social stratum constitution,the cognition of land value and the motive for land circulation are the primary cause.Which affect the speed and the scale of rural land circulation. |
