| 摘 要： | 在Chiralcel OJ-H手性柱上用正相色谱条件直接拆分了三唑类手性农药戊唑醇,得到了满意的色谱分离结果。考察了流动相中极性改性剂-不同种类醇的结构对手性拆分的影响。结果表明被研究的手性农药戊唑醇在正丁醇作流动相极性改性剂时拆分效果较好。 |

| Abstract: | The chiral separation of triazole pesticide tebuconazole was performed on the chiralcel OJ-H columnin the normal-phase mode.The influence of n-hexane/alcohol as mobile phases on chiral separation of pesticide tebuconazole was inspected.The results indicate that the pesticide tebuconazole has a relatively good effect on enantiomeric separation and retention of tebuconazole. |
