| Abstract: | Citizen consciousness is the internal force and the social culture basis of constructing a rule of law society.The lack of citizen consciousness restricts the development of the construction of the rule of law in China.So in the process of enhancing the consturction of the rule of law,while completing our legal system,we must arouse the wholesome citizen consciousness in various ways. |
