On Problems Reflected about Courses Design in Mathematic Departments of Normal Universities

Designing the courses and reforming the content of courses is the subject of great emphases and the cause of many difficulties in achieving overall innovation in teaching in the mathematic departments of normal universities. Moreover, these ideals provide elementary assurance in realizing the education targets and education standards of the department. At present the ongoing innovation of teaching in high school requires Professors from the department to forge a new generation of teachers to provide assurance for the educational reform cause in high school. Therefore the departments needs to bring forward new requirements and challenges accordingly.
