关于清政府对回疆伯克制度改革的几个问题

清朝统一回疆之前该地就存在最具地方特色的伯克制度,清统一后,开始对伯克制度进行改革并将其纳入清朝地方官制序列。本文简单论述了清政府这一系列改革,并且对其利弊作了简要分析,认为经清政府改革后的伯克制度起了积极作用,当伯克制度因其自身的缺陷和不再适应历史发展趋势而被历史废除时,但我们仍可以从中吸取很多宝贵经验。

On the Qing Dynasty' s reform of the Burke system in Hui Jiang

Before the Qing Dynasty , there has the most place characteristic on the existence of the Burke system,after the Qing Dynasty’s unification,it starts to carry on the reform and to integrate of the Burke system into the Qing Dynasty place government system sequence.
