| 摘 要： | 通过农村信用合作社与股份制商业银行、农村合作银行、农业政策性金融机构的比较分析,确定农村信用合作社应当具备合作互助性、民主自治性、非营利性和国家政策性四个方面的特征。为我国农村信用合作社专门立法提供了法学理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed rural credit cooperatives should have four characteristics of cooperation and mutual assistance, democratic self government, non profit, and state policy by comparative study of rural credit cooperatives and Joint stock commercial hanks, rural cooperative banks and financial institutions of agricultural policy, it provides legal theory for special legislation in China＇s rural credit cooperatives . |
