| Abstract: | Connotation development is a realistic requirement of the development of RTV University guided by seientific outlook on development. It is a base of university development and a long - term hard systematic project to have instruction work, ensure quality of instruction and clearly define characteristics of school - nmning. Only the innovation of working trains, the establishment of long - term mechanisms, the implementation of working measures and the acquirement of working actual results can promote the connotation of RTV University. |
