摘    要:第三方物流企业间竞争是以客户为中心的竞争,客户关系管理水平是影响物流企业生存与发展及竞争优势形成的关键因素。本文对第三方物流及客户关系管理进行了相关概述,在此基础上分析了目前第三方物流企业客户关系管理存在的问题并提出相关对策,旨在加强企业客户关系管理、提升客户关系管理水平、提高企业物流资源利用率、实现物流企业经济效益最大化。

Abstract:The competition of third party logistics enterprises is increasingly reflected in the customer service competition. The logistics customer relationship management level has become the key factor in the formation of the core competence of logistics enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current problems of customer relationship management in the third party logistics enterprises, this paper puts forward the related countermeasure, to strengthen the enterprise customer relationship management, enhance the level of customer relationship management, improve the utilization of logistics resources, and finally realize the economic benefit maximization of the logistics enterprises.
