| Abstract: | The traditional conception about freedom and responsibility contains logical contradiction, in that freedom is choked due to responsibility .The new marriage law increased freedom of divorce, embodying modern conception of freedom and responsibility. The new marriage law will help individuals, especially females to independence and autonomy. |
