行动导向教学法在“就业指导”课中的应用

随着高等职业院校开设就业指导课，全面、深入、系统地对学生进行就业指导，体现了以人为本的思想。但就业指导课教学模式劣势日益显现，故急需一套与之相适应的有效的教学模式，让学生在实际参与中吸取知识，培养学生的应变力、自主性、主动性、与创造性，形成新的教学培养模式，从而提高教学质量。

The Application of Action-oriented Pedagogy In the "Career Guidance" Class

The institutions of higher vocational schools establish career guidance which guide the students comprehensively, systematically and in-depth. However, the employment guidance inferior teaching mode increasingly. So it is an urgent need to adapt a corresponding effective teaching model. The employment class should enable students to participate in the actual acquisition of knowledge, to train students for the future changes, autonomy, initiative, creativity and to form a new mode of teaching culture in order to improve the quality of teaching.
