摘    要:关系绩效概念的提出加深了人们对整体职务绩效的二维结构和内涵的认识,丰富了管理学理论。关系绩效理论对图书馆人力资源管理具有重大启示和借鉴意义,对提升馆员综合素质,强化图书馆的效率、公平、正义、责任都有着良好的导向作用。

Abstract:Introduction of the Contextual Performance can make people better understand of the two-dimension structure and the connotation of overall job performance,and it enriches the theory of management science.In view of the current situation in human resource management in library.the contextual performance theory has a great significance in the libraries’ human resource management,and it will plays a guiding role in improving librarians’ comprehensive quality and solidifying librarians’ favorable senses of efficiency、fairness、justice and responsibility.
