| 摘 要： | 老年教育作为成人教育与终身教育的重要组成部分,已成为应对老龄化社会极为重要的手段。2006年,韩国老年人口比率为9.3%,与我国老年人口比率相当,老龄化社会的迅速发展,促使韩国高度重视老年教育,其老年教育发展较快且成效显著。韩国老年教育在迅速发展的同时也存在着一些有待解决的问题。＂他山之石可以攻玉＂,韩国老年教育的丰富独特的实施方式,可以为我国老年教育的改革和发展提供有益的借鉴。
