普通高校民族传统体育学科核心竞争力及其培育途径

文章借鉴核心竞争力理论,结合普通高校学科发展的规律,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对普通高校民族传统体育学科核心竞争力内涵与特征进行了分析,并在此基础上确定了民族传统体育学科核心竞争力的影响因素及观测点,提出了民族传统体育学科核心竞争力的培育途径.旨在不断提高民族传统体育学科核心竞争力,为其获得持续的、独特的和谐健康发展竞争优势提供科学理论依据.

The Core Competitiveness of Chinese Traditional Sports Subjects and Its Cultivation in General Universities

On the basis of the theory of Core Competitiveness,Combined with the general rules of discipline’s development in general universities,the thesis analyzes the connotation and features of core competitiveness of Chinese traditional sports subjects in general universities by using the methods of literature,logic analysis.The paper also ascertains,on that basis,the influence factors and observation point of the core competitiveness of the traditional sports subjects,and puts forward the cultivation approaches on core competitiveness of the traditional sports subjects.The purpose is to improve the core competitiveness of national traditional sports disciplines,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for it to get the sustainable,unique,harmonious and healthy developmental competitive advantages.
