| 摘 要： | 唐山市的中小企业整体规模普遍不大,实力较弱,处于市场竞争的弱势地位,技术创新能力还不强,因此,结合市场,加强政府引导,全面提高中小企业的创新能力,增强其竞争实力,是促进唐山市中小企业经济增长的现实选择,同时,对唐山市整体科技创新能力和经济的可持续发展也具有重大意义.

| Abstract: | The scale of small and medium-sized enterprises in Tangshan City is not large and their strength is weak.They are in low position in market competition.Furthermore,their technological innovation ability is not strong due to many factors.Therefore,it is the best choice for economic growth to strengthening government guidance combined with the market,comprehensively improving the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation ability,enhancing their competitive strength.Meanwhile,it also has great significance for Tangshan City’s overall ability of innovation in science and technology and the sustainable development of economy. |
