| 摘 要： | 政治变迁会影响政治稳定，而社会政治变迁又离不开政治稳定。中国在从传统社会向现代社会的转变过程中，必须立足社会主义初级阶段的实际，坚定不移地走自己的政治发展道路，在政治稳定中求得社会的全面发展，在改革、发展中实现政治稳定。通过不断制度创新，实现政治民主制度化基础上的政治稳定。
