| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的管理将由以物为核心的生产管理转变成为以人为核心的人本管理。从人本管理理论基础着眼,科学地界定人本管理的内涵和外延,建构人本管理的理论模式,从而构造出一个全面、系统的理论架构是管理学的一个重大理论课题,对人本管理理论的发展和实践的开展具有重大的意义。

| Abstract: | The management of knowledge economic age will turn into human-oriental management from production management. Based on the essential factor and basic theory of human-oriental we can make dear the concept and construct a theory model of it. Through these we can form a comprehensive systematic theory frame. It is a great theory problem of management and does benefits to the development and practice of human-oriental management theory. |
