抗战时期民国政府边疆教育政策在绥境的实施

在抗日战争时期。边疆教育作为民国政府的一项大政方略。是于1935年出台的。绥境的边教大致随之得以实施和发展，其发展曾经历了着手筹设、恢复实施、积极推进三个阶段，绥境蒙旗教育由是而获得自近代以来前所未有的扩展和进步。然而。绥境边教实施基本上是在战争环境中运作的。这就使其发展势必受到战争进程的制约与影响。
