论劳动者资本联合的公有性质

笔者根据对马克思关于公有制基本概念的理解和未来社会的“重建个人所有制”公有制模式的设想,认为随着个人资产的不断增大,在家庭财产普遍增加的新时代,劳动者资本联合应该是属于公有制性质的资本组织形式,纳入公有制范畴,这既是坚持公有制主体地位的需要,又有利于充分利用社会资源,壮大集体经济实力,优化所有制结构,调动广大劳动者投资的积极性。

ON THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC OWNERSHIP OF LABOURERS'''' CAPITAL UNION

On the basis of the comprehension of the basic concept of public ownership put forward by Marx and the model of the public ownership of "reestablishing personal ownership" in future society envisaged by Marx, the authors think that labourers' capital union should be of the organizing form of capital of the quality of public ownership, belonging in the field of public ownership category, which not only is the need of adhering to the main body position of public ownership, but also is of advantage to making full use of social resources, strengthening the collective economy, optimizing the ownership structure and arousing the enthusiasm of labourers' investment in the new era wherein individual and family's possessions increase constantly.
