| 摘 要： | 经历了两千多年的统治地位，中国传统儒家伦理在内外各种因素的冲击下，开始走向近代，这一过程既有它的必然性又有它的合理性。在这一过程中，充满了各种思潮的碰撞，在各种思想力量的搏弈中实现了中国伦理思想的近代转向。
