| Abstract: | It is necessary to understand again for educational function during the process of higher education popularity in our country. We must change education or teaching idea completely, and setup a new concept of educational function, talent and quality. College must orient students to take improving teaching quality as its mission and striving goal. Only does its brave exploring and innovation with its characteristic and quality guarantee can make it survive and development. |
