摘    要:员工敬业度是日常工作、生活中经常用到的一个概念,但在理论和实践中对这个问题及其前因后果的认识并不多。本文从员工敬业度的概念、评价、影响因素等方面进行了探讨,以便为企业实践提供理论基础。

Abstract:The research of employee engagement was derived from context that the focus of personnel management transformed from negative perspective to positive perspective. This article reviewed the researches in this field, including the concept's definition, dimensions, antecedents and outcomes. Its implication for practice was also discussed.
