| Abstract: | This paper brings to the light the possible awkward situation of the value concept of university libraries in the role location, team construction, salary and treatment, reader service, etc., and sets some corresponding solutions to the problems above-mentioned. In order to arrest to the public attention, the librarians in particular, the author points out that this awkward situation will directly affect the orientation of the sustainable development of libraries. |
