一种基于无线通讯的实车故障设置系统

针对传统汽车实车故障设置装置的实车特定线束,导致使用不方便、设置故障有限的问题,提出了一种基于无线通讯的实车故障设置装置。该装置通过将线束整体故障设置,分解为单个的执行模块设置,因此可以针对线束中每一根单线进行故障设置。这种针对线束中单根导线的故障设置方法使用方便,在实际使用时可任意增减执行模块,以适应任何一款车型,无需为特定车型制作专用线束。执行模块与主机设置单元之间通过无线通讯实现信息交流,具有使用方便的优点。

Design of a Real Vehicle Fault Setting System Based on Wireless Communication

The traditional real vehicle fault setting device aims at the specific wiring harness on the real vehicle,which is inconvenient to use and has limited fault points.This paper proposes a real vehicle fault setting device based on wireless communication.The device separates the overall fault setting of the harness into a single execution module setting,making it possible to set the fault for each single wire in the harness.This fault setting method for a single wire in the wiring harness is easy to use.In actual use,the executive module can be increased or decreased with ease to adapt to any model,eliminating the need to make a special wiring harness for a specific model.The information exchange between the execution module and the host setting unit is realized through wireless communication,which is characterized by ease of use.
