教育博士招生领域设置的国际镜鉴

教育博士的招生领域设置主要有以职业愿景和专业需求为导向的美国模式,以完成论文研究为目标导向的英国模式,突出科研课题、论文研究的澳大利亚模式,突出职业实践与合作研究的加拿大模式,以及突出职业实践与专业兴趣的中国模式。基于中西方58所培养院校的国际镜鉴,建议我国出台开放性、多元化、可供选择的招生领域设置指导性政策;打破领域、学科局限,开设以实践需求为导向特色课程;面向教育关键和社会重大现实问题开展高层次研究。

International Mirror of Setting up the Enrollment Fields of Doctor of Education

The enrollment fields of doctor of education mainly include the American model oriented by career vision and professional needs,the British model oriented by completing thesis research,the Australian model focusing on scientific research projects and thesis research,the Canadian model focusing on professional practice and cooperative research,and the Chinese model focusing on professional practice and professional interest.Based on the international mirror of 58 training institutions in China and the West,it is suggested that China should introduce a guiding policy for setting up open,diversified and optional enrollment fields,break the limitations of fields and disciplines,set up characteristic courses oriented by practical needs,and carry out high-level research on the key problems in education and major social issues.
