摘    要:本文介绍了垂直板式聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离尿蛋白的实验方法,并对正常人生理状态和运动后的尿蛋白进行了分析。由于聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳具有分子筛和电荷效应的双重作用,故检出率和分辨率极高,与常用的园盘电泳相比,其可比性更强,对研究尿蛋白的组分及其与血浆蛋白质的关系具有一定的实用价值。采用这一分析方法,正常人尿蛋白可分出1-2条区带,多为小分子蛋白质,而运动后尿蛋白则可分出2—4条区带,除小分子蛋白质外,还有中分子至大分子蛋白质。运动后尿蛋白组成变化的原因尚不完全明确,但目前认为与运动引起肾小球及肾小管缺氧有关。这项研究工作对了解运动员训练中的运动负荷及指导运动员的科学训练有一定意义。

Abstract:On this paper,we have introduced an experimental method of the ve rrtical plane polyacrylamide gel clectrophoresis to analyse urine protein for normal state and after sport training The delection rate of this mothed are higher than the disc electrophoresis one,Since several samples are separated under the same condition simultanconsly.It is valuable in determination of the composition of urine protein and the relation between the serum protein and urine protein.Using this method,normal humam urine protein is sparated into 1—2twig areas,which appear to belong to the lower molecular proteins. The urine protein after sport training can be separated into 2—4 twig areas; besides the lower molecuiar proteins,there are several middle and high molecalar protein.The cause of the variation in urine protein cornposation is not clear. At present,it is assumed that the renal glemeruli and tubules areo under the hypoxia state during the exercise.It is useful in studying the exercise load of sportmlm
