| 摘 要： | 武术技术动作形成的生理基础是建立条件反射.条件反射的建立有一定的规律,如泛化、分化、动力定型、自动化等,各种技术又是在复杂的条件反射中形成.因此,合理利用反射规律,对学习、掌握技术可以起到促进作用.

| Abstract: | The physical foundation by martial arts techniques is to build conditional reflection. This kind of building has its own regularity, such as generalization, differential inhibition, dynamic stereotype and automation etc. While techniques are development in the complex conditional reflection, reasonable application of the laws of the reflection can help the command of the techniques. |
